“Hmm,” you wonder innocently, “that was fast.”

After learning – much to your dismay – that 89% of the country believes you “Have Both Boy and Girl Parts”, you flip off the tube in disgust.

How did word get out so fast? Maybe the Commissioner is not as understanding as he appeared to be.
